In last weeks blog, I shared that God is our only Source, and He desires to supply every need, want and requirement that you have in your life. If you are currently experiencing a need...maybe peace or joy...you are in need of supply. Are you looking for wisdom to make an important decision or finances to save for your child's education? -- again that's a need of supply. Supply essentially means to be furnished to the full.
So, what do you have need of? What do you require...yes, you can require from God? Let's go even further --what do you want?
And my God will liberally supply (fill until full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 4:19 AMP
The is a powerful truth because it encourages us to know that our loving Heavenly Father has plans to fill to the full every need in our lives. In fact, it also gives us great confidence that anytime we have a need, God is able to meet the need every-time. Remember, God isn't meeting our need according to our need, but according to His riches.
I think about myself in this situation. As a father, I'll be celebrating my daughter's birthday today as she turns 8yrs old. Although, she gave me her birthday list (needs, wants and requirements), I not only fulfilled her birthday list, I gave her extra. This sounds just like God. He desires to do the same, but you must place a #demand on God {#thesource}!
There is a powerful principle that I want to tell you about. This principle when exercised releases the supply to flow in your life! Now, remember The Source already knows what you have need of before you ask, and has already supplied all your needs.
Therefore, this principle will give you the ability to manifest what has already been provided! In fact, knowing that your needs, wants and requirements have already been provided is the first step to excelling in this principle.
Make this confession of faith, "God has already provided for me!"
The principle is called Faith. Faith is total dependency and trust in God, His word and His power to do for you what you don't have the ability to do on your own.
Faith is the key that places a #demand on The Source to supply, furnish or fill every need, want and requirement that you have. Now, I know you probably desire a quick way to get your needs met, but if you want long lasting supply, you must take the initial step. This initial step is called speaking the word of Faith!
Speaking the word of Faith is saying what God said in His word about you!
If you never speak words of faith, you can never truly apply the principle of faith properly. Many people try to bypass this step of faith by quickly jumping into actions, but if you're not careful you can find your self doing works, but not faith actions.
So, these blogs will help you not only to walk by faith, but protect you from jumping on emotional impulses thinking its faith, which can actually destroy your confidence in God.
